The FCV-628 is the direct decendant from the FCV-620 and FCV627 Fishfinders. Furuno knows when they're onto a good thing there's no need to ruin it! A lot of our customers love how easy it is to change the gain settings with the knob and the simplicity of this unit. It's a fishfinder and it doesn't try to be anything else, which saves a lot of complexity.

Added featuers with the 628 - Accufish and Rezboost. This model also has Post Processing Gain, which means in deep water you can change the gain of the whole screen - helps a lot

Tthe Furuno FCV-628 Fishfinder is packed with proven marine electronics technology, as well as some great new features. 


Following on from its predecessor FCV-627, the FCV-628 has kept the features you know and love, but now also features the revolutionary new RezBoost technology, which provides incredible clarity, resolution and target separation when using conventional narrow-band transducers. This feature leads to much clearer and more defined echoes as a result. 


With RezBoost, not only can you expect higher resolution and clearer visuals, but also improved Accu-Fish function, which analyses and identifies fish on the go.
